I’m a mum of 2, a wife, a 37 year old women and now someone who is 946 days without alcohol.

Prior to my abstinence life was filled with climbing corporate ladders in suits and heels, functioning highly to hide my self-medication behind closed doors. The breakdown, the lying, the depression, the suicidal thoughts, and the knowing that I was going to die with all the destruction.

Fast forward to now:
• I’ve had a career change and am now qualified in my dream job and
own my own business

• I live each day with complete clarity and I’m a mother with kids that are proud of me

• I raise money for a women’s alcohol and drug addiction program

• I now work with women one day a week teaching them how to cook, work in the garden and how to find a connection within themselves
