Returns
Any benefits set out in this Return & Refund Policy may apply in addition to consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You have 30 calendar days to return the purchased item from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused to us, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, with proof of purchase. Please state your reason for the return and return your item to the following address:

All returns and exchanges remain your responsibility until received by us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item , we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment.
When the refund approval is completed on our end, it may take a few days to be deposited in your account. The time it takes to process payment will depend on your financial institution’s policies/processes
Please ensure you review our sizing chart and item description details carefully as delivery costs may be excluded from the refund unless the items are returned in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
Faulty or damaged goods
When returning or exchanging a faulty or damaged item, Rethink Addiction will waive return postage costs . Please note that Rethink Addiction reserves the right not to accept the return of a damaged item where we inspect the item and reasonably assess that the damage is a result of:
- Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide); or
- Usual wear and tear following use of the item.
Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges, unless the item is exchanged in accordance with your consumer rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
